I Shops and Stores

Number of facilities:

In the settings window, you can specify the name of the hotel facilities (boutique or boutiques), within the limit of five shops.

Inventories and sales of each facility can be viewed and printed out separately, but this management is an integral part of accounting in the hotel’s general operations.

Catalog items:

The list of items sold by a shop is based on the item management with a selling price, a supplier, a cost price as well as quantities purchased.

Purchases for each shop:

Each shop has a daily account of its products with the selling price and available quantity. In the evening, this list is transferred to the administrator who will then place inventory re-stocking orders.

Billing:

The products sold in stores can be assigned to a current reservation. Such sales will then be resolved within the Guest's overall bill.

Of course, it is also possible to record a sale to a non hotel Guest who will pay for the item at the checkout counter.

Stocks Articles

The concept of immediate re-stocking on inventories or supplies is based on the following formula:

Beginning Inventory + Accumulated entries - Accumulated outputs

Depending on the volume of sales, the head of the shop may ask to be resupplied for each sold item.

Sales Statistics

Besides the lists of items with sale prices and stocks, cumulative sales are calculated by day, week, month and year.
